The One Voice SIP Trunk project is an internal web platform to manage range of phone numbers and their possibilities of call diverting.
The solution is being used by thousands of attendants, and impacts thousands of companies across Europe.

For discover phase personas were created to identify big use scenarios. They were essential to synthetize the user research findings, and provide the user vision to the team.
An important characteristc for BT is personas must always consider users disabilities, so the team members always need to have accessibility in mind when designing.
